Partners Plus...Shade Service! Here at Oral Arts we provide an extra service for our Doctors in shade verification. We understand that at times it can be difficult to match a patient’s tooth shade to any shade guide you may have in your office. To help you in those difficult and frustrating times we have technicians who are well trained in the X-Rite Shade System and can see the patient here in our laboratory.  Along with being trained in proper shade taking they are also provided with an array of shade guides as well as color corrective lighting. Our technicians bring expertise and an artistic eye to accurate shade taking. How Do I Make an Appointment? We ask that you call the laboratory at 563-556-1911 or 800-747-3522 to set a definite appointment for your patient. When you call we will arrange a time that is convient for the office, the laboratory, and of course the patient. See Map Below for directions to lab. In the event that this is a case of shade change for an already fabricated crown please make time for the patient to be seen at your office prior to coming to the laboratory to loosen the temporary and also after leaving the laboratory to cement the temporary. As always we will do our best to expedite the process but please be prepared and advise your patient that we may need several days in the laboratory for these types of cases.
